Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme until well combined.
- Rub this seasoning mix all over the chicken breasts to coat them thoroughly.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in a baking dish, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
