Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup M&Ms or candy pieces
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and candy pieces.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into 1-inch balls.
- Place the formed balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a quick snack or pre-workout boost!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for three months. Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing.
