Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms or candy pieces
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and candy pieces.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the formed balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
