- 3–4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix generously over the roast.
- Pour in the water and top it off with the pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover the pot and set it to cook on low for 8-10 hours until the meat is super tender.
- Once cooked, shred the meat using two forks and mix it with the delicious juices.
- Serve warm, pairing it with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider searing the meat before slow cooking. You can also add root vegetables or adjust spices with fresh herbs.
