- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz noodles (rice noodles, egg noodles, or spaghetti)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil water in a pot. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Chicken & Garlic: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken breast; sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add Sauces: Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir well to combine everything and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Toss in Noodles: Add the cooked noodles directly into the pan. Toss until all noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
