  • 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla and almond extract, if using.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to your wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, keeping about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cooling on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
