- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla and almond extract, if using.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to your wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, keeping about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cooling on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. You can freeze for longer storage.
