- 8 oz Noodles (rice, udon, or egg noodles)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Boil water and cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced chicken until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and honey, stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu. Experiment with adding vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
