Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper, and sear it in the hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute, add minced garlic and butter to the pan, basting the steak with the melted butter.
