- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Once the steak is ready, add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted (about 2 minutes).
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the seared steak and wilted spinach in the skillet. Toss everything gently to combine.
Notes
