- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the sausage and spinach mixture with the egg mixture until well mixed.
- Pour everything into a greased baking dish, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is puffed and set in the center.
