Instructions

- Pour the beef broth over the top, ensuring the roast is well coated.

- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low; cook for about 8 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the beef.
- Toast your slices of bread until golden brown.
- Serve the shredded beef on the toasted bread and pour brown gravy generously over the top.
