Description

Warm, golden rolls filled with hearty breakfast sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough. Perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can flaky crescent dough
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until no longer pink; drain excess grease.
  3. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour them into the skillet with the sausage, cooking until just set.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough into triangles. Place a generous spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture on the wider end, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Roll from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Feel free to customize with different cheeses or swap the sausage for a vegetarian alternative if you prefer. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
