Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Bake for about 45–50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. The cheese should be golden and bubbly.
Notes
For best results, use fresh chicken and consider blanching potatoes for even cooking. Can substitute proteins or add vegetables for a vegetarian version.
