Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease your chosen baking dish.
- Unroll the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it to fit your baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the puff pastry in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
