- 1 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the nut butter and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, protein powder, chocolate chips (or raisins), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Grab a handful of the mixture and form small balls with your hands.
- Set the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
