- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until well combined.
- In another dish, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each chicken breast for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic, bringing to a simmer.
- Transfer browned chicken to a baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
