  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cut your bread into cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and sugar until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the bread cubes.
  3. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the top, making sure to distribute them evenly.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the bread to soak up the custard.
  5. In the morning, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove the plastic wrap and dot the top with butter. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the blueberries are bubbling.
