- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, toss in the zucchini and minced garlic. Stir for about 3-4 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the skillet, then return the chicken to the pan. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
- Plate your creation and enjoy!
