- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and transfer to the skillet with garlic butter, tossing to coat evenly.
- Slice the chicken and serve on top of the buttery garlic noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or chicken broth.
