- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked thoroughly, then drain excess fat.
- Add the potatoes and onion to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in the cream until everything is nicely coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
