Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat the chicken broth in a large pot until it simmers.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into strips.
