Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
- Add in the oats and nut butter, mixing thoroughly until everything is fully combined.
- If using dark chocolate chips, fold them into your mixture now.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls with your hands.
- Place these balls on a plate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
