Deliciously easy breakfast pinwheels made with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for busy mornings.

- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 package dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cheese (your favorite type for melting)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into a pan and cook until fluffy.
- On a floured surface, roll out your dough. Spread the sausage and scrambled eggs evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle your cheese over the sausage and eggs.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Cut the log into 1-inch pinwheels and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
