Deliciously easy breakfast pinwheels made with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 package dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cheese (your favorite type for melting)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into a pan and cook until fluffy.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out your dough. Spread the sausage and scrambled eggs evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle your cheese over the sausage and eggs.
  6. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  7. Cut the log into 1-inch pinwheels and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
