- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cooked rice, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Prepare the flour tortillas by laying them flat and placing shredded cheese in the center.
- Add a scoop of the beef and rice mixture, followed by onions, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- In a clean skillet, place burritos seam-side down and cook over medium heat until golden brown and cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
