Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear each side for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
