Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, adding Worcestershire sauce if desired.
  4. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
