- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast and minced garlic, sautéing until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Pour in honey and soy sauce, coating the chicken well.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and mix thoroughly, heating through for a couple of minutes.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap lo mein noodles with zucchini noodles or rice noodles. You can also substitute chicken breast for thighs for added juiciness.
