  • 8 oz lo mein noodles

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and minced garlic, sautéing until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  4. Pour in honey and soy sauce, coating the chicken well.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix thoroughly, heating through for a couple of minutes.

Notes

For a healthier version, swap lo mein noodles with zucchini noodles or rice noodles. You can also substitute chicken breast for thighs for added juiciness.
