  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then toss them with cornstarch.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir until coated in the sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions.
