- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry juice or milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with strawberry juice or milk until smooth.
- Once the bread has cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
