- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato wedges into the bowl and toss well to ensure each wedge is evenly coated.
- Spread the coated wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
