Simple and flavorful chicken bites sautéed in buttery garlic sauce and tossed with parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Lower the heat and sprinkle in the parmesan and chopped parsley. Toss to coat thoroughly.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in garlic and olive oil for an hour before cooking. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for better searing.
