Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Pour the chicken broth or white wine into a roasting pan.
  2. Remove the turkey breast, pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Rub the garlic butter mixture over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey in the roasting pan and bake for 25 minutes per pound.
