- 1 cup chicken broth or white wine
- 1 (2 to 3-pound) boneless turkey breast (skin on)
- 4 to 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Pour the chicken broth or white wine into a roasting pan.
- Remove the turkey breast, pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt in a small bowl until smooth.
- Rub the garlic butter mixture over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in the roasting pan and bake for 25 minutes per pound.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 160°F.
- Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Spoon pan juices over the turkey, slice, and serve.
Notes
Let the turkey reach room temperature before cooking for even roasting. You can experiment with different herbs for flavor.
