Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the beef and potatoes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until it’s fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
