Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once cooked, add butter and stir until melted and coating the noodles.
