Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten them gently into thin circles.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each circle.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool. They’ll become even crispier as they cool!
