Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced mushrooms, onion, or garlic for added flavor
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add sliced mushrooms, onions, or garlic if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.
- Before serving, shred the chicken right in the gravy to combine the flavors.
- Serve alongside rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
Notes
For a creamy texture, add cream cheese to the sauce or swap ranch seasoning for Italian dressing mix. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3–4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
