- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the sirloin steak with minced garlic until your desired doneness is achieved, about 3-4 minutes for medium.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
