Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Add the minced garlic into the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to blend.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
