  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a mixture of butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down. Sear them until crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the cream, stirring to deglaze the pan, and let it simmer until it thickens slightly, about 5-8 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
