Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in the cream and stir in the parmesan until combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange your chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over them.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and bubbly on top.
Notes
For juicier chicken, substitute with chicken thighs. Adding a splash of white wine can enhance the flavor.
