A comforting and creamy pasta bake that combines tender chicken, hearty pasta, and rich Alfredo sauce, topped with gooey mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken and garlic, Alfredo sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
