Description

A comforting and creamy pasta bake that combines tender chicken, hearty pasta, and rich Alfredo sauce, topped with gooey mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken and garlic, Alfredo sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
