- 1 lb Sirloin steak
- 8 oz Penne pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta per the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the sirloin steak with Cajun seasoning and cook it in a skillet to your preferred doneness. Allow it to rest, then slice.
- In a separate pot, sauté minced garlic in cream over medium heat until heated through.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until it’s completely melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked pasta and sliced steak with the garlic cream sauce. Mix well to ensure everything is coated evenly.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
