Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then pour in the cream.
- Stir the sauce and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the flavorful sauce for another minute or two.
- Plate your chicken, smother it in the sauce, and enjoy!
