- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp parsley, dried or fresh
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with paprika, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, roughly 6-8 minutes.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together, allowing the pasta to absorb the buttery flavor.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well until creamy.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or a plant-based protein. For a spicy kick, increase the red pepper flakes to taste.
