Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend until fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set.
- Add optional toppings before serving and enjoy!
Notes
