  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring it’s about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool a few minutes, then break into chips and enjoy!
