- 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring it’s about 1/4-inch thick.
- If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool a few minutes, then break into chips and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container; best enjoyed fresh but can last up to two days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
