- 1 package of cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or oil for frying
- Maple syrup or other toppings
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil.
- Open the cinnamon roll package and cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, letting them absorb some of the liquid.
- Place the dipped pieces into the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup or any desired toppings.
Notes
For added flavor, consider topping with cinnamon sugar or experimenting with flavored extracts. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
