Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the flour and baking soda together.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the room temperature butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until the mixture is creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, incorporating them one at a time and ensuring they are well mixed.
- Gradually add in the flour mixture until combined.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a spoon, drop dollops of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown.
- Allow them to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
Notes
