Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables (if using) to the pot. Season with salt and pepper, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Drop the biscuit pieces into the simmering soup mixture.
- Cover the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your hearty chicken and dumplings!
