- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Stuff each jumbo shell with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the stuffed shells.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Consider using rotisserie chicken for convenience. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze the unbaked shells for up to 2 months.
