Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Stuff each jumbo shell with the chicken mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the stuffed shells.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
