  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, salsa, rice, taco seasoning, and chopped chicken breast.
  3. Mix everything well until evenly coated and blended.
  4. Pour your mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Notes
